Ingredients of Sate Usus & Sate Rempelo
- You need 250 Gram of Usus Ayam.
- You need 250 gram of Rempelo Ayam.
- It's of Bumbu A.
- Prepare of Geprek seiris Lengkuas.
- It's of Geprek Seiris Jahe.
- Prepare 2 buah of daun Salam.
- You need 2 buah of daun jeruk.
- You need of Bahan B (Haluskan) me pake Blender.
- Prepare 10 of cabe rawit.
- It's 3 of cabe keriting.
- You need 6 of bawang merah.
- It's 3 of bawang putih.
- You need 5 biji of kemiri sangrai.
- It's 1 Sdt of Ketumbar sangrai.
- It's SECUKUPNYA of Garam, gula pasir, Kecap dan Penyedap Rasa (masako).
Sate Usus & Sate Rempelo instructions
- Cuci bersih Usus dan rempelo, lalu rebus hingga Matang.
- Diamkan Dingin lalu potong2 usus kurleb 12cm, dan rempelo mnjd 3 bagian..
- Siapkan wajan dg sedikit minyak lalu tumis Bahan B kasi air sedikit, masukan Bahan A, Lalu masukan usus dan Rempelo.
- Tambahkan Penyedap rasa, Garam, gula,kecap. Lalu tunggu hingga air menyusut dan Bumbu meresap ke Usus dan rempelo..
- Setelah matang, diamkan dan Siap di tusuk. Lalu sajikan.
